Delivery & Returns

Delivery Costs

We use standard Royal Mail postal services such as 1st class or My Hermes courier service. Please allow 7-10 working days for Standard UK Delivery providing all items in your order are in stock. If items are out of stock or are to be delivered later than expected we will contact you as soon as possible.

Uk Standard Delivery - £4.95

Europe Standard Delivery - £6.95

USA & Canada Standard Delivery - £8.95

Please contact us for shipping quotes for all other countries and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Express Delivery

We do not offer an express delivery option at the checkout. We sell a wide variety of items and therefore the cost of a faster delivery service varies greatly depending on the item and time frame needed. If you would like a faster delivery service please contact us for a quote before placing your order and we will do our best to meet your requirements where possible.

Returns Policy

We take great pride in the products that we stock and while we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, we understand that on occasion you may wish to return an item.

If you wish to cancel your whole order and return it to us, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must let us know within eight working days of receiving your parcel. This can be done by contacting us through our contact form or via email at magpieliving@outlook.com. You will then need to return the whole order to us, at your own expense if you have already received it. Once we receive the whole order back we will issue a full refund including the original delivery charge. Please note this does not apply to the personalised items which cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Having notified us that you wish to cancel your order, goods must be returned to the Magpie Living office within twenty eight days for a refund or an exchange provided that:

  • The goods are returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging materials.
  • The goods are a normal stock item and have not been specially ordered at the customer's request.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is produced.

Your order will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the item. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product unless the goods are faulty.

*Should you wish to return an item from Accessories Range it must be in its original packaging and please note earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

Damaged Items

We take every care to package your order so it arrives safely, however if your items arrive damaged, please let us know via email or our contact form within 48 hours and we will arrange a full refund or replacement where possible. After this time we cannot accept responsibility for damage reported.

We may ask you to take a photograph of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in. This can help us make improvements to the way items are packaged and we thank you for your time.

When returning a damaged item, please use the cheapest method of tracked postage available as we will only refund delivery costs up to the value of what was originally paid. We recommend My Hermes Courier for larger items (www.myhermes.co.uk) who will collect the item from your home.

Packaging

At Magpie Living we make every effort to recycle all our packaging materials where possible. Therefore, your delivery may arrive in a recycled box. We're just trying to avoid unnecessary waste and hope that you don't mind. All our packing materials are clean and fit for re-use; please help the environment by recycling your packaging.
